The work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, insurance and equipment tools supplies for the wharf demolition and minor repairs located at Goulais Mission, Ontario in strict accordance with Specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the contract.
The work consists of but is not necessarily limited to the following:
Demolition of the existing loading dock and a portion of the existing outer leg crib wharf
Minor repairs to existing inner leg
Relocation of existing of armour stone
Supply and Install new armour stone
Location of Work, Work site and Delivery Point: Work will be carried out at the timber crib wharf in Goulais Mission, Ontario in the location as shown on the accompanying drawings.
Expected Start and Completion Dates
The services of the Contractor will be commencing on award of the contract. The expected completion date of this project is October 31, 2016.
