This project is for the interior renovation to a government owned building located in St. Pierre-Jolys, MB. Project to include:
Selective Demolition of interior elements consisting of doors, detention doors, millwork, interior glazing, interior partitions, acoustical panels, HVAC, electrical fixtures, and plumbing.
Installation of new partitions and masonry walls.
Installation of new doors, frames detention doors and interior windows.
Installation of new architectural woodwork.
Installation of new floor, wall and ceiling finishes consisting of epoxy flooring and wall bases, paint, elastomeric coatings, ceilings and acoustical panels
Revisions and upgrades to existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to suit building modifications
