Title: Ucluelet (Otter Street) Float and Wharf Repairs
Introduction:
The requirement is for a contractor to provide for the repairs to the existing fixed wharf, installation and repair of timber float mooring piles and replacement of the existing steel gangway with a new Owner supplied steel gangway.
The work shall include the supply of equipment, labour and materials, except materials listed in Summary of Work, for the performance of all work as required by the Contract Documents. All material designated for disposal, cut-offs and waste material shall be disposed by the Contractor in strict accordance with provincial, local and municipal regulations and Part 8 of the National Building Code and with the Canadian Construction Safety Code.

Ucluelet Otter Street Small Craft Harbour is located at the intersection of Imperial Lane
and Otter Road, in Ucluelet, British Columbia.
Ownership of Intellectual Property:
Not Applicable.
Security Requirement:
There is no security requirement for this project.
Mandatory Requirements:
- The minimum acceptable amount of Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance is $2,000,000.00 per occurrence. All tenders must be accompanied by confirmation from the tenderer’s insurance company that the required insurance will be available upon contract award;
- The tenderer must provide tender security, at the tenderer’s own cost, in accordance with the document entitled "Tender Security Requirements".
Note: All tender securities will be returned except that of the successful tenderer, which will be retained until the successful tenderer has provided contract security.
