Electrical Work - Data Centre, GOCB, Moncton

Shared Service Canada has a requirement for an enhancement to
the data centre environment located at 1075 Main st., Moncton,
NB. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following;
installing UPS components and modules into the building
distribution system, located in the basement, as well as their
integration into the owner supplied ceiling mounted distribution
bus, located in the data centre on the 3rd floor. All work is to
be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for
PWGSC Project Number R.053240.002 forming part of the bid
document. The contract completion is sixteen (16) weeks after
contract award.

There will be an optional site visit on October 29th, 2012, at
2:00 pm. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority
by 12:00 pm October 29, 2012 to confirm attendance and provide
the names of the person(s) who will attend. All interested
bidders are to meet in lobby in the Annex of the GOCB located at
1075 Main Street, Moncton, New Brunswick. Although not
mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this
work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all
aspects of the work.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.

A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 421, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $100,001 to $250,000. Standard bid and contract
security for construction is required.
