Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement that work includes minor architectural, electrical,
and mechanical alterations to an existing office building.
The site of the work is located at Public Works and Government
Services 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, in the province of Nova
Scotia.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 12
weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on Friday February 7th,
2014 at 10:00am. Interested bidders are to meet in the main
lobby at 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, Nova Scotia. The
representative of the bidder will be required to provide ID to
the Commissionaires & sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at
the site visit.
THIS REQUIREMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT

Bidders", SI10, "Security related requirements" and
"Supplementary Conditions" SC01 "Security related requirements,
document safeguarding location".
The estimated cost of this procurement is $500,000 - $1M
This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(ATI).
The lowest responsive bid will be recommended for award.
This Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) office
provides procurement services to the Public in English.
