For the supply, offloading and delivery of a submarine hatch grinding kit for the Department of National Defence, Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Breton (FMF CB), Victoria BC. The submarine hatch grinding kit will be used in the Maintenance Shop to grind flat the sealing surfaces of the hatches on the Victoria Class Submarines.
