Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada is seeking to establish a contract for the planning, design, development, piloting and implementation of a verification tool kit for security guard services for the use of Canadian Diplomatic Missions in accordance with the Work defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work of the Request for Proposal. The period of the contract will be four (4) months with a planned start date of April 1, 2014.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
