Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) for First Aid Kits

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) seeks to enter into a Contract with a single contractor to equip CRA facilities listed in Annex A-1 of Annex A- Statement of Work with first aid kits in multiple locations across Canada on an “as and when requested” basis.

The resulting contract will have:
1) a firm two-year period and six (6) one-year option periods;
2) the option to add, remove, or modify products, services, or worksites from the Contract, if the need arises, due to a shift in legislation, policy, or program requirements; and
3) a minimum spend commitment of $10,600.00 ( taxes included). This minimum spend commitment may be satisfied by CRA over the entire period of the resulting contract, which includes any exercised option periods.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest bid evaluation price will be considered the highest ranked bidder and will be recommended for contract award.

Proposal documents and supporting information must be submitted in either English or French.
