Nature of Requirements:
Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the procurement of medical counter-measures (MCM) pouches. These
MCM pouches must be manufactured in accordance with the
Performance and Technical Specification and Sketches included
with the Request for Proposal.

There are no sealed samples available.

Firm Quantity:
The total firm quantity of 800 each is required to be delivered
to 3 DND locations within 250 kilometres of the National Capital
Region. The quantities by color will be provided upon award of
the contract.

Delivery requested:
To commence 90 calendar days from the date of the written notice
of approval of the pre-production sample.

Option Quantity - estimated:
This requirement also includes an option to purchase an
additional estimated quantity up to a maximum of 400 each of the
firm quantity.

Option 1 is exercisable within 24 months from contract award.
The quantities by colour will be provided if and when this
option is exercised.

Canadian Content Policy:
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and
is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

Enquiries:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the closing date.
