Description of the Requirement:
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The services of a Project Manager are required to assist the Chief of Staff Strategy (COS Strat) to the Military Personnel Command (MPC) in planning, monitoring and assessing the overall progress of change initiatives.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract from contract award until March 29, 2019.

For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
