Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
an estimated quantity of 60,000 tubes of camouflage face cream
per year, for a period of two (2) years, on an as and when
required basis, in accordance with the specifications detailed
at Annex "A" of this Solicitation.
