SCOPE OF WORK :
Work of this project comprises, supply all labour, tools,
materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required
for the complete removal and replacement of the existing diesel
fuel storage and dispensing system located at the Turkey Lakes
Watershed Site for Natural Resources Canada. The work is to be
completed in accordance with all specification and drawings.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 16
weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
OPTINAL SITE VISIT
An optional site visit will be held on October 24th, 2012 at
9:00 a.m. Bidders are to meet a NRCan representative in the Main
Lobby- Commissionaire's Post, of the Great Lakes Forestry Centre
located at 1219 Queen Street East, Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.
Then the arrangements have been made, and will be escorted to
the Turkey Lakes Watershed site.
***Please Note: This site visit will serve as an opportunity
for contractors to walk around the site and view the area(s)
where the work is to be completed. Enquiries of a technical or
contractual nature will not be answered during the site visit.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and
Contract Documents. The Standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed on the
MERX electronic Bulletin Board as part of the information

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO GI01 "CODE OF CONDUCT AND CERTIFICATION -
BID" OFR2710T, GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (REFER TO SPECIAL
INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS SI01 3)
Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If such a list has not been received
by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will
inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the
information. Failure to provide such a list within the required
time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must
always submit the list of directors before contract award.
Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
named in the aforementioned list within a specified delay.
Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the delay will
result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE
BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX 1)
