One (1) Webmaster – Level 2
Description of Work:
The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of one (1) Webmaster (UX Specialist) to provide user centered design and usability testing services for the CSPS Learning Application. The Contractor must work with the School’s business team project leads to design and plan user flows, create wireframes, develop interactive prototypes, prepare and facilitate usability tests, review information technology (IT) requirements documents, analyze feedback from online user evaluations, and write reports based on their analysis.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
