Description of Work:
The main objective for this contract is to hire a senior GIS data architect who can design, develop and support the implementation of an enterprise spatial data framework that includes policy, procedures, data capturing workflows, data management and quality checking procedures and use of spatial data standards. The aim is to set a framework that will centralize governance, policy and management of real property spatial information and enable data integration with business systems and provide data exchange to stakeholders in relation to defined business processes.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
