Boat and Motor with Trailer

Environment Canada Enforcement Branch has a requirement for one
(1) new (unused) "off the shelf" 20 - 21' boat and motor with
trailer that meets or exceeds the specifications in Annex A,
Requirement, to be delivered and offloaded at Environment
Canada's location, Wellington Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. The boat
must be "water ready", on a trailer, with all components
installed, tested and operable. The Successful contractor must
also be able to demonstrate the boat's options and controls at
the time of delivery. Delivery to be prior to March 31, 2013.
Notification to the technical authority at least 5 days prior to
delivery is requested.

Environment Canada Enforcement Branch has a requirement for a
solid hull boat to be used to conduct inspections and
investigations related to the Fisheries Act on rivers and large
lakes in Manitoba (such as Lake Winnipeg and Lake Manitoba), and
to provide a safe platform from which to collect water and
efficient samples.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
