AN AIRPORT FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SOLUTION'
REQUIREMENT
Canada has an initial requirement for a commercially available
airport facilities and equipments management software solution
(the "Software Solution") for approximately 15 Client Users,
located at Sept-Iles airport, in Sept-Iles, Quebec, canada. The
required Software Solution must include the Licensed Software, a
3-month warranty, integration services, software maintenance and
support, and documentation. Training services must also be
provided,.
The bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of a
contract for one year, plus 3 one-year irrevocable options
allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract for the
acquisition of additional software support and maintenance
services.
The Client is Transport Canada (TC).
INFORMATION REQUESTS
Any and all requests for information concerning this request for
proposal must be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior
to its closing date.
AGREEMENTS
The requirement is not subject to the provisions of the World
Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement
(WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the
Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), or the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
