The objective of this Contract is to prepare a “quantitative” literature review, with a focus on bibliometrics and trends on DFO contributions to freshwater fish habitat science. The literature review would be quantitative in the sense that it would provide descriptive statistics that can reveal trends, but will not evaluate the quality of the science conducted or the impacts that it has had on scientific or management communities. The literature review will be based on DFO contributions to freshwater fish habitat science, both publications external to DFO (e.g. journal publications) as well as those issued by DFO (e.g. DFO technical reports and documents published through the Canadian Science Advisory Secretariat).
The buyer plans to award this contract to a named supplier without competition. If your business can do this work, send a statement of capabilities to the contracting authority before January 28, 2020. If it qualifies, the buyer must open a full competition.
