Nature of Requirements:
Amendment 002
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid period to
June 26, 2012, 2pm, EDT.
Amendment 001
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid period to
June 19, 2012, 2pm, EDT.
Requirement:
To provide the Department of National Defence with Advance
Combat Uniform that includes one Direct Action (DA) Shirt (Crye
Precision Combat Shirt Model G3 or equivalent with Field Elbow
Pads), one Special Reconnaissance (SR) Shirt (Crye Precision
Field Shirt Model AC or equivalent with Field Elbow Pads) and
Pants (Crye Precision Combat Pant or equivalent with Combat Knee
Pads) in standard and special sizes.
Quantity (Delivery within 200 km from Petawawa, Ontario):
A firm quantity of 3,800 units of each item.
An "as and when requested" estimated quantity of 600 units of
each item for special sizes to be ordered within 60 months from
contract award date.
Option 1 to 4: An estimated quantity of 1,900 units of each item
for each option.
The option 1 may be exercised within 24 months after contract
award date.
The option 2 may be exercised within 36 months after contract
award date.
The option 3 may be exercised within 48 months after contract
award date.
The option 4 may be exercised within 60 months after contract
award date.
Canadian Content Policy:
The requirement is conditionnally limited to Canadian goods.

To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
