Supply of a trailer mounted Transportable Conditioning Unit
(TCU) with a cascade refrigeration and heating system with a
Dynamic Test Chamber (DTC). The TCU shall provide extreme high
and low temperature environments to the DTC year round,
unprotected, in extreme Canadian climate. The TCU shall include
all equipment necessary to provide the required environments and
a control panel for operating the unit. The TCU shall use a
heat transfer fluid to condition the DTC to temperatures ranging
from -55°C to 75°C. The DTC must have the capability to
withstand repeated overpressures generated by weapons firing
performed inside the chamber as well as sustain its performances
during all operations.
