TITLE: INERTIAL MEASUREMENT UNIT AND GPS RECEIVER

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
Defence Research and Development Canada - Valcartier (DRDC) has
a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) inertial
measurement unit and one (1) GPS Receiver (Global Positioning
System), including its components, commercially available, in
accordance with the specifications at Annex A -Requirement, of
the request for proposal.

DELIVERY:
The requirement must be received no later than 10 weeks after
contract award.

QUANTITIES:
To provide and deliver to Defence Research and Development
Canada - Valcartier (DRDC), one (1) inertial measurement unit
and and one (1) GPS Receiver, including its components, in
accordance with the specifications at Annex A- Requirement, of
the request for proposal.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
