NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8482-2798/A dated January 15 2018 with a closing of February 23 2018 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation
