This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes
previous RFSO number W0134-14H732/A dated April 2, 2014 with a
closing of May 13, 2014 at 2:00pm MDT.
Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and
off-loading of various types of Air Conditioning (AC) units
including parts and components as required to the Department of
National Defence (DND), 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta.
DND, 4 Wing Cold Lake, currently has various types of AC units
throughout their base. Units vary in size, style and
manufacturer, as per listing provided in Annex A of the Request
for Standing Offer. The use of the term "AC unit" in this
solicitation includes not only air conditioners but heat pumps,
coolers and other types of cooling systems. The period of the
standing offer will be for two (2) years from the date of the
Standing Offer Award, with a one (1) year option period.
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request
for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to
the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of the results of the request for standing offers process. The
debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
