To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the
supply, delivery, and off-loading of Individual Meal Pack (IMP)
Ration Heaters as required and in accordance to the
specifications listed herein for the Department of National
Defence, Edmonton and Wainwright, Alberta and Shilo, Manitoba.
The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of three (3) years
staring October 1, 2013.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
