Ration Heaters for Individual Meal Packs
The Department of National Defence is seeking to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to provide, on an as and when required basis, ration heaters for individual meal packs (IMPs), including delivery and off-loading (FOB Destination). These units must meet the characteristics specified in this RFP. The designated users are units belonging to the Canadian Armed Forces bases of the Department of National Defence across Canada.
The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two (2) years with a possibility of an optional year.
The bids will be evaluated based on mandatory technical and financial evaluation criteria.
