Full description

The Heating plant required 7050 pressure safety valves. It’s a critical part of the University’s district energy system. This system includes a total of two process safety critical pressure safety valves that must function correctly to ensure the ongoing safe operation of this critical system. These critical pressure safety valves require five-year servicing and overhaul, conducted to maintain compliance with applicable ABSA requirements, both pressure safety valves were found to be obsolete and damaged beyond economical repair. Replacement of both valves is therefore required to maintain the safe and reliable operation of the District Energy System.
Tundra Process Solutions has the technical capability to source and supply suitable replacement valves that meet the required specifications and delivery timeline. Due to the safety-critical nature of the equipment and ABSA compliance requirements I would recommend to proceed with Tundra Process Solutions.
