The cooling system in the Old Arts building is currently not operational because of the six cooling coils that have failed. Hatch Company is the original supplier for these custom cooling coils and are able to expedite the delivery to minimize the builds down time, which is urgent due to current weather conditions. As this system was a custom design by the Hatch Company, no other supplier could provide the required equipment.
