Full description

Hurix systems Private Limited has been contracted to provide phase 2 of their Migration of Continuing Education Courses from Moodle to Canvas Learning Management System project. This is to ensure continuity and compatibility with the online course migration that has already begun in Phase 1. The work associated with Phase 2 must be completed in the coming weeks in order to meet the September 1, 2025 delivery deadline. Students have already registered and paid for Fall Term courses that depend on the successful and timely completion of this work. Delays would result in significant financial, reputational, and service delivery risks for our unit and the University. Hurix’s understanding of the University’s operational and project requirements, and their successful completion of phase 1, will enable them to complete the project within the mandated timeline. The continuity between Phase 1 and Phase 2 is critical. Switching vendors would not only introduce significant delays and increase risk, but could also compromise the consistency and quality of the final product while increasing cost.
