University of Alberta - Notice of Award - Three Year Maintenance Service Contract for Raith Voyager E-Beam Lithography System

The Raith Voyager E-Beam Lithography System currently owned by the University has the current warranty expiry on July 25, 2025. The requested purchase is for a service contract (base package + annual preventative maintenance visit) for the existing Raith Voyager E-Beam Lithography System for a three (3) year period starting July 26, 2025 to July 25, 2028 with three (3) annual payments of $25,005.00 USD. The manufacturer, Raith America Inc., is the only supplier capable of providing the certified parts and service required to maintain the system.
