Request for Pre-Qualification for Electric Energy Supply This RFPQ is Step One (1) in a two (2) step process. Step One (1) (This RFPQ Step) The University is inviting Proponents to submit Proposals from qualified companies (“Energy Providers”) to prequalify their company for the opportunity to provide future bids on financial contract-for-difference (“CFD”) for the sale of electric energy to the University. This Pre-Qualification opportunity will remain open until June 30, 2033. Throughout the Term, Proponents may request to become a Pre-Qualified Energy Provider. Step Two (2) Only those energy providers that are Pre-Qualified will receive a Request for Proposal (RFP) Electric Energy Supply - Notice for Submission of Price Bids.
