This Request for Proposal is being issued on behalf of Advancement Services, a department in Development and Alumni Relations within the University’s broader External Relations portfolio. Advancement Services is seeking an external consultant to conduct an operational assessment of one (1) of its units - the Office of the Recording Secretary (ORS). The ORS supports University fundraising and alumni relations by managing and processing official gift agreements, charitable donations and endowments. As the University’s fundraising activities grow in complexity, the internal systems required to support them need to be evaluated for efficiency and scalability.
