The University of Calgary plans to purchase replacement Coherent Canada COMPex 102F excimer inbuilt laser for 193 nm Arf, supply voltage 120 V and frequency 60 Hz including installation into existing laser system at UCalgary from Coherent Canada Inc. This laser is part of the Resolution Laser system purchased in 2013.To ensure compatibility with existing parts of unit, such as the laser optics channel replacement parts must be purchased from the original supplier.

The research team requires the original supplier of the entire laser system to supply and install the replacement laser into the existing resolution laser system to ensure the proper and safe operation of the entire system and to ensure the warranty remains valid.
