The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to purchase the Leica Aperio CS2 system with service contract. This system will replace previous Aperio system that has reached its end of life. It is vital for the data analysis and overall research project that an Aperio system is purchased to guarantee seamless integration and consistency.
The workflow from the lab’s Leica Aperio scanner is closely interfaced with Alberta Precision Laboratories and Alberta Health Services’ Leica Aperio high capacity scanners as well as their EPIC clinical electronic health record system. This allows for institution-to-institution collaboration.
