The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award a 3-year, with optional 3-year service contract to Orange Logic LLC.
Momentus’s software is the current Venue Event Management Software that is being used at Currently, the platform is deeply embedded in the UCalgary infrastructure and provides varies of functionalities and capabilities (outlined below). The DAM is being used daily by library staff, faculty, support staff, students, alumni, and a global user base, making it a core component of UCalgary’s digital infrastructure.
Due to how entrenched this platform is, it would not be practical to move on to DAM system. A new system would cause major disruption for all users, as well, UCalgary would have to embed an alternative solution while the new system is running. UCalgary also does not have any additional resources or time to implement a new system.
