The University of Calgary (UCalgary intends to purchase equipment, associated software with two (2) year standard warranty from Diatec Canada. Diatec provides a “suite” of equipment which all work synchronously, which is a mandatory requirement for the research team.
This equipment is required for Oculomotor, vestibulo-ocular and hearing evaluation and research at the University of Calgary Concussion Research Centre.
Diatec Canada equipment and software are currently being used in the Kinesiology research labs and SHRED Mobile, thus, to maintain integrity in the data collected, it is mandatory requirement that the new equipment purchased for the collaborative Concussion Research Centre is from Diatec. This will allow data to be combined for continued analysis and guarantee reliable and publishable research results.
