The Vertex Lite collars have demonstrated excellent performance in applications with wild boar, proving their robustness against the challenging behavior and environment of feral pigs. The UCalgary Veterinary Medicine requires Vertex Lite collars to collect data in Alberta and will conduct a comparative analysis of data collected by their collaborators in the US. Using the same collars with identical specifications is critical to ensuring data comparability and reliability across studies.
