The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award up to a 3-year service contract with an optional 3 x 1 year extension to DeliverHealth.

DeliverHealth’s eScription is used at the University of Calgary Medical Group for transcription services. EScription is also being used by Alberta Health Services (AHS) for the same services. As UCalgary works with AHS with medical transcription services, UCalgary is required to have the same platform as AHS.

It is UCalgary’s understanding that eScription is the only system that fully meets all requirements as they are entrenched and uses the same software as AHS.
