The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award a 3-year, with an optional 3-year service contract to WaitWell.

Currently, the WaitWell platform is deeply embedded in the UCalgary infrastructure, including being a platform to meet the needs of several department across campus, this includes customization based on the service model for each department, CRM configuration and changes based on student feedback and business process improvements. Waitwell is also the only platform that can provide all functionalities required within a single solution

As the University cannot implement a new Queue Management without disruption, requiring additional resources, and reconfiguring a customized platform, it is the University’s understanding that Waitwell is the only platform that will meet the requirements.
