The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award a service contract to Liz Scarratt for research grant development services. Ms. Scarratt has an in-depth understanding of UCalgary internal process and program requirements as well as knowledge of UCalgary research teams, strategies, the local and national research environment. She has direct experience working with Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI), Canada Research Chair (CRC), Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) operating and network grants, Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) network grants, Networks of Centres of Excellence (NCE) programming, provincial center grants, Western Economic Diversification, and large Chair programs such as Canada Excellence Research Chair (CERC). Ms. Scarratt has specific research program knowledge, and further benefits from existing knowledge of university research teams, strategies, the local and national research environment, and university processes.
