The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award up to a 3-year service contract with an option to renew up to 3 years to Aha! Lab Inc.
Aha’s software helps with roadmaps, captures ideas, and manages the deliverance of the information. This platform is currently being used by the Information Technology (IT) department for organizing and structuring information on their strategic and operational decisions.
Currently, the software is deeply entrenched within UCalgary’s infrastructure, and the IT Department relies on this daily. UCalgary also has a strong knowledge and built support on Aha’s software. A new replacement software would cause major disruption for the IT department, will require implementation, data migration and training all existing users. Currently, UCalgary does not have any additional resources or time to implement a new platform.
