University of Calgary - Advanced Contract Award Notice / Notice of Proposed Procurement - Single Audits

University of Calgary Financial Reporting intends to purchase specialized audit services related to the University's Research and Development program; specifically:

1. Program-specific audit of Research and Development awards funded by the National Insititutes of Health (NIH) and related Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) of the University, and

2. Audit of the University's compliance with requirements of the "US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Compliance Supplement" applicable to the University's Research and Development program.
