The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to purchase the Nanoimager super-resolutions microscope from Oxford Nanoimaging Inc., including Light Engine, Nanoimager Computer and NimOS software. The Nanoimager is a compact super-resolution microscope that meets UCalgary’s needs with unique capabilities. It features a small footprint of 465 cm² x 810 cm² or less, eliminating the need for an anti-vibration table for isolation. This allows the microscope to be conveniently placed on a standard lab bench within the existing space. Moreover, ONI's CODI platform facilitates collaborative online data sets with unlimited storage capacity. This enables groups of researchers to analyze large datasets simultaneously without requiring multiple software licenses. Researchers can collaborate on analysis, share image analysis pipelines, and avoid the necessity for extensive local computing infrastructure.
