The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to acquire one (1) SigRay QuantumLeap Base X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy H2000 System (XAS), one (1) SigRay QuantumLeap Base X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy V210 System (XAS) and the patented SigRay Prisma 900 3D X-ray Microscope System (XRM) with four-year extended service contracts from Systems for Research.

It is necessary to purchase all three systems from same manufacturer to have consistent open source software EPICS (Experimental Physics and Industrial Control Systems). Sigray uses the open-source EPICS set of software tools and applications to control all tools, including QuantumLeap and PrismaXRM.
