The University of Calgary intends to purchase a scientific ex-demonstration x-ray fluorescence microscope (XRF) XGT-9000 from Horiba that is required for research covering a diverse array of fields in critical minerals extraction, catalysis, cosmetics, energy materials and more. A system is required that has all the above technical capabilities to allow for general elemental analysis including Sodium, Fluorine and others.
