Line1, Supply of Utlity Vehicle
.1 The vehicle described below will include the supply of all
materials, tools, labour, equipment, service and all things
necessary to provide the vehicle in accordance with these
Specifications.
.2. The vehicle will include, but not be limited to the
following:
1. 4 wheel power steering. Maximum turning radius to be 20 feet.
2. Hydraulic Dump box - the need to move soil and other building
materials is required; the load carrying capacity must be a
minimum of 1500 lbs
3. 4 wheel drive
4. 62 minimum front bucket for moving soil and other debris
(Attachment)
5. 42 minimum front mounted pallet type forks for moving heavy
objects and pallets (Attachment)
6. Ability to mount a mower deck
7. A boat trailer hitch mounted on frame, with ability to tow at
least 4000 lbs.
8. Rated to tow at least 4000 lbs
9. Diesel engine
10. Roll Over Protective Structure ( ROPS) needs to meet
SAE-J1040 and ISO 3471
11. Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) needs to meet
SAE J1043 and ISO 3499 level 1
12. Enclosed cab
13. Seat belts with shoulder harness
14. Front working lights
15. Option to purchase one or two extra vehicles, at same cost,
for period of one year.
