1. Details of Requirement
For the supply and delivery of the following items to be
delivered to:
National Defence - Canadian Forces Base,(CFB) Borden, Ontario,
Canada.
6 Ramillies Road (P-154) Annex 1 room 180.
Quantity: 160 (bags), Vectobac (no Substitute) 200G P.C.P #
18158 10/14 Mesh in 18.1 kg bags
Quantity: 308 (bags), Vectobac (no Substitute) 5/8 Mesh in 18.1
kg bags
There is to be no substitution of this product.
Laboratory analysis for contaminates is required from an
independent third party accredited laboratory
(by Canadian Forces Base - Borden)
2. Delivery
The contractor will contact the Project Authority at least two
(2) working days prior to shipping, to arrange and accept
delivery at the destination and to confirm quantities to be
delivered.
Delivery of all insecticides will be accepted Monday to Friday,
except holidays, between the hours of 07:30 a.m. and 04:00 p.m.
Deliveries of all items are urgently required.

procurement.
