This amendment is raised to include the french version of the
Notice of Proposed Procurement
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
two (2) Construction Utility Vehicles of two (2) various
configurations and ancillary items, including familiarization
instruction/training, in accordance with the Purchase
Description for Construction Utility Vehicles, dated 2015-04-22,
and as described at Annex A - Pricing, to be delivered to CFB
Suffield, AB and Edmonton, AB by July 3015.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
