Agriculture and Agri-food Canada has a requirement for the
supply and delivery of four (4) All-Terrain Utility Vehicles Gas
Powered, 4 Wheel Drive for delivery to Kentville, N.S thirty
(30) days after award of contract. The requirement includes
Warranty Maintenance and Repairs of the All-Terrain Vehicle and
the successful Contractor must provide ATV operator training in
accordance with the requirement specified herein.

A bid must meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria in
Annex C to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the
lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a
contract. In the event of a tie, the bidder offering the best
delivery will be recommended for award.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT) and the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
