Nature of Requirements: Winterized Utility Vehicles
Supply, deliver, unload and provide after sales servicing for one (1) Winterized Utility Vehicle to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, D Division in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal.
Delivery Date: Winterized Utility Vehicle is requested to be delivered no later than March 27th, 2014.
Security Requirement: There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Debriefings:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
