SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SERVICES:
CBC/Radio-Canada is inviting Proposals from the industry in reply to Request for Standing Offers (“RFSO”) RFSO SMVEH20130430 to put in place Prices Agreement with manufacturer (s) of vehicles for all CBC/Radio-Canada locations across Canada. CBC/Radio-Canada will have access to a catalog of our own vehicles to meet our needs. The choice of the vehicles to be ordered will be made according to the operational needs of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Only manufacturer (s) will be retained for this RFSO.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:
- Proponent has to be more than five (5) years in business (Mandatory).
- The proponent has to have experience on 3 similar projects (i.e. size and scope) and must have national coverage.

Any contact with CBC/Radio-Canada at this stage of the RFSO must be undertaken by e-mail only, which will be addressed to the CBC/Radio-Canada Representative whose coordinates appear below. All e-mails pertaining to this RFSO must state the RFSO reference number (RFSO SMVEH20130430) in the “Subject” of the e-mail.

Suppliers are requested to submit six (6) complete and identical printed paper copies of their Technical Products/Services Offer in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential – Technical Products/Services Offer” and two (2) complete printed paper copy of their Costing/Pricing Offer in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential – Costing/Pricing Offer ”, Proposals should be submitted in electronic files, using Microsoft Office Software and organized into two (2) electronic folders: one electronic folder for the Technical Products/Services Proposal and one electronic folder for the Costing/Pricing Proposal. All requested response grids shall be provided without read/write protection in their original software application. These electronic folders and files should be saved on a CD-ROM clearly identified with the name of the Proponent and the number of the RFSO (see number on cover page of this document), to be enclosed in the Technical Products/Services envelope.
To ensure that the bid is valid, all bidders must and have to obtain the documents of the RFSO. The file of the RFSO must be ordered directly at Merx. Please note that CBC/Radio-Canada is not responsible for the distribution of the documents.
Proposals in response to this RFSO are due no later than Thursday, June 13, 2013 2:00 pm Montreal local lime.
