This Amendment 005 is raised to make a revision to the RFSO
Amendment 004.
This Amendment 004 is raised to make a revision to the RFSO.
This Amendment 003 is raised to revise solicitation closing
date to September 11, 2012.
This Amendment 002 is raised to make a revision to Purchase
Descriptions and to the RFSO.
This Amendment 001 is raised to make a revision to the RFSO and
to provide a suppliers question and the technical authority
answer.
This requirement is to establish a National Master Standing
Offer (NMSO) for the supply of All Terrain Vehicles to
departments and agencies of the Government of Canada, on an
as-and-when requested basis, to locations within Canada,
including locations within Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement
Areas (CLCSA's), from the effective date of the Standing Offer
to September 30, 2013.
This procurement has been set aside under the federal
government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business
(PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that
it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and
that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB.
As delivery locations will be specified in each call-up and may
be to a location subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims
Agreement, any of all Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements may
apply to this Request for Standing Offer.
Important Notice:
It is the Offeror's responsibility to submit, by closing date
and time, a complete offer including the following:

Record Verification
1.1 Offerors must submit with their offer; by the solicitation
closing date:
(a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the
Offeror;
(b) a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
Record Verification
(PWGSC-TPSGC 229), for each individual named in the list.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
